In my brief stint with Minor Insurance Co of Canfield, I have come to the determination that I will stay with the insurance companies (ie. State Farm, Nationwide, etc.) for the rest of my life and my family's life. I found their staff to be extremely unprofessional. The length of time the secretary left me on hold should have been a firm indication of the service that was in store. (18 minimum for the 5 times I had called). This occurred back in 2006, so if they secretarial staff has been replaced, it may show evidence of efficiency. A ""gentleman"", Jeremy Minor, was responsible for my accounts. His service was completely ""Minor"" league. He did not have the faintest idea on how to be effective. Plain and simple, he was the biggest clown of the insurance industry. As an unfit agent, his returned call ratio was 1:3. He could not remember previous conversations we had had. Bottom line.......keep looking. This ""insurance agency"" is sub-par and completely shady. Please do me a favor, find someone else to handle your important matters. More importantly, do yourself a favor.
