It had a nice atmosphere, appeared to be pretty busy, and yet the crowd noise was not too high. Good seafood, at a decent price. Very friendly servers. The non-smoking room was truly nonsmoking. I could not smell the smoke. There were T.V.s and Keno machines where you can see them from your tables. Not dirt cheap, but not a hole in your pocket.
