Wow is this food good! Everything that my family and I tried was delicious. My personal favorite was the fried chicken plate. The chicken was extra crispy and surprisingly not greasy at all (for fried chicken of course). If you like it spicy, then pour on their special sauce they place on the table. All of the sides were great as well...I highly suggest the red beans and rice. Also their cornbread is very tasty and their homemade lemonade is an excellent thirst quencher. The decor is lacking but do not get turned off by the atmosphere! And the wait for your food can be kind of long but everything comes to your table freshly prepared and piping hot. The wait staff is very friendly and always catering to your needs. If you are looking for superb home cooking then do not miss this!
