Dear sir, I am Byron Hoovers aunt. I've been to alot of funeral homes in my life but yours is awful. I have done hair in lots of funeral homes. You lied to his mother about the casket for him. She asked you if there were bigger ones and you said there all the same, it will fit him. What a damn lie. He was so stuffed and you had to break his legs to get him in there. Is that any respect for the dead. I know there is places for you when you die. What a terrible person to do that to someone who lost someone so dear. He was so special to so many people. He had a rough life growing up, he did not deserve this. He gets money from the militery for his buriel and you will probably scam the insurance. I will make sure they know this. Word of mouth is the best advertising and everyone there will know about this.
