I went to Plaza Ford-Ideal in Liberty with a coupon that they send you from their website. The girl at the counter was not familiar with the coupon and called another store which proceeded to tell her that I could not redeem it because I did not give it to them when I turned my items in for cleaning. My bill was $35 and I would have saved $10. I told the girl that it was not specified on the website, the email or the coupon that I had to turn it in prior to cleaning but she wouldn't listen. I've been trying to contact the main office and have yet to reach anyone after trying for more than an hour! I would NOT RECOMMEND any of their stores!
Pros: They post coupons
Cons: They don't let you use the coupons.
