My service was suppose to be activated on Friday 8/24. I called the day before to make sure that it was to be turned on and they said on Friday between 7am and midnight. I checked out my place on Friday night...no electricity. Saturday...not on. Called them and found out that it was going to be activated on 9/24! Their explanation?! The number 9 looks similar to the number 8. I was pis*** off ! What kind of inconvenience and headache will I have to go through if if they mess up on my bills. I decided to call back and cancel their service and go with another provider. They didn't really care about losing a customer.
