after I informed this shop that I would be retiring my 15 year old truck in 2 months and asked them to call me before any parts were replaced, they failed to call but did replace the muffler. I was charged $140.00 for a muffler I priced at $27.00 at two local auto parts stores. my request for an explanation was ignored.THE $140.00 charge was for the muffler.labor extra!!! NUFF SAID!!!
