Although conveniently located, I will not eat here again. Over and over I am disappointed with the delivery times (1-1.5 hours or more, typically), mediocre pizza and sub-par service. I recently ordered a pizza and after two plus hours of waiting, I called them up to check on the status. They had ""no record or me placing an order"" (my credit card bill disagrees) and were not apologetic, did not offer a discounted or free pizza and made it seem as if it were my fault. Who knew taking a delivery order was so difficult. In a city with so many delicious pizza places (with good service), I would not recommend taking a chance on Pizza Orgasmica; unless you like surprises (sometimes you get the pizza, sometimes you don't; sometimes the pizza tastes okay, sometimes it doesn't; sometimes they are friendly, sometimes they aren't; etc.). I have now spoken with them three times about my order/credit card bill--still not a single ""I am sorry for the inconvenience"".
Pros: Cool dining atmosphere
Cons: Poor service, just 'okay' pizza, poor business operations
