In my opinion, KJPM has been a nightmare at the Seagate condo complex. In my opinion, KJPM is rude and unprofessional. In my opinion, KJPM doesn't take the time to make sure repair jobs are done correctly, hiring incompetent contractors. In my opinion, If you are considering a property manager in Charleston, do not use KJPM. **EDITED TO ADD** The reviewer was contacted by KJPM on 7/21/08 and told ""It would be in your best interest to remove the posting"". However, I will not remove this review for the benefit of those evaluating KJPM.
