I agree with Pharmmom...the Sugar Land location's customer service is awful. I ordered my furniture in late June only to find out that part of the order will not be shipped until mid-October! By estimation that is a 16 week wait. My babies are already here but I have nowhere to put their clothes. Initially , I was told my furniture would come in anywhere between 8 - 10 weeks. I talked to one of the sales people there and she told me that they were not responsible for the manufacturer's delays...I disagree. Baby's 1st is the manufacturer's direct representative so they should be ready to work with the customer and figure out a solution. Instead I get the ""we're not responsible"" treatment and no accountability after I have spent thousands of dollars there. I am done buying anything from that store.
