I have gotten the best customer service that I had ever experienced with Club Tan yesterday. I had a billing problem with my tanning package that I had purchased from Club Tan and when I called their corporate office I had to leave a message and the young lady who had called with in the hour was so pleasant and very helpful who explained the procedures to me and how she is going to make few calls to the billing department and will definitely get back to me regardless whether she got an answer or not which she did. This morning Nayda called me and she apologized for the misunderstanding and said that she worked on my billing error and will have it all taken care with no worries also had emailed me back with the confirmation number on my refund.Club Tan had made the best choice with this young lady being in charge of their Corporate office.
