This review is on the Policy of investigating Abuse & Neglect, etc. Complaints called in by ""concerned citizens"". I fell that Complaints should be made at the Animal Control office. People should have to sign, give proof (mail) of Residency, etc. and date the complaint in front of an official, show DL or ID and the official should keep a copy of the DL on file with the complaint. This would minimize false complaints, therefore stop wasting Tax payers money and every one involveds Precious Time. Then the Animal controll officers time could be put to good use, ie: stopping Dog Fighting!
Pros: Nice New Facility & Friendly, Concerned Animal Control Officers
Cons: Need Better Rules For People Making Complaints, Do-Not Allow Anonamous Phone Calls!
