My hair stylist was on vacation last week so I?d decided to get a little trim from three 13. To make long story short, the stylist can?t even cut straight. Unfortunately they don?t do refunds so I have to go back to redo my hair however there won't be next time. Three 13 is only good for doing my eye brows from now on.
Pros: lack of experienced stylists
Cons: clean, staff members are nice
