We felt, and were told by other businesses, that we were grossly overcharged for a service that Blessing performed. The company contacted me for a service quality call and I expressed my concern for the company policy of charging over $300 for a procedure that didn't solve our problem and left us no closer to solving the problem than we were before we called them. The caller was polite and offered to have someone else call me back. THE MAN THAT CALLED ME BACK was RUDE and very short with me making it very clear that his job was TO MAKE A PROFIT and he doesn't care what anyone else charges. It turned out we needed a new well and Blessing quoted us at over $2000 more than the if we went directly to the company that they subcontract through. That's an additional $2000 for Blessing to be the middle man.
