I've lived at Overlook for several years and the management has changed hands several times. All versions have been largely disorganized - not notifying promptly of deliveries, failing to return calls, losing requests for maintenance, losing payments. The condition of the property and grounds, despite attempts at improvements, seems to be declining. Vandalism has been an issue, with damages to exercise and other common equipment a common event, most likely due to the number of teenagers that are left by their partents to roam the complex to all hours of the night. Forget about getting home when it snows. You'll probably not be able to get your vehicle up the hills since they do not make any attempt to clear snow. With 5 snows and numerous power outages last year, this is a concern for those with limited mobility.
