I am one of the owners of Cheesecake Boutique and am shocked to see the bad review. I can speak for my business partner as well as our awesome staff - To whom ever wrote the review, we would LOVE to have a chance to make it right. We pride ourselves in superior customer service and in a world of retailers who ""ignore"" their customers we do our best to make every customer feel ""at home"" and comfortable in our stores. We can only hope that the writer of the review will read this and contact us in some way so that we can personally apologize for her bad experience. \r

As far as our clothes being ""out dated"" - we strive to sell clothes that are quality, reasonably priced, as well as fit into the closets of the ""everyday"" woman. When we describe our store - we never say that we are the MOST fashion forward store on the block - however we are do our best to bring updated styles that represent the trends that our customers are looking for...the majority of our customers are mothers (working in and out of the home) and very few are looking to purchase the newest - flashiest - trendiest clothes.\r

Again we hope that we could have another chance to assist the upset customer and if nothing else give our sincerest apology.\r
