If you're looking for some cheap eats off the Strip, check out Togoshi Ramen. Located in one of Vegas' many strip malls, Togoshi's fairly unassuming with tinted windows. The decor inside isn't particular fancy, but there's a tall bookshelf full of manga to read while you eat. The menu contains a variety of Japanese staple foods but features their soup. My date and I ordered two appetizers and two bowls of soy-based ramen for around $26 total. The portions were generous and waitress efficient. This place is about as authentic as you can get in the States so check it out if you rented a car or can get around Vegas pretty easily.
Pros: Fast Food, Good Prices, Parking, No Frills
Cons: A bit off the beaten path
