After my third attempt, I've decided to take my eyes elsewhere. Instead of asking if I needed any help, one of the receptionists chose to stalk me through out the store. I felt more like a nuisance than a customer. More frustrating is that my last 3 copays have never been consistent. The final strike is that they don't warn you if your insurance will cover a procedure or not which seems inconsiderate considering my other health providers do. It was a total shock to me to receive a bill when the price was never mentioned beforehand. It's a shame considering the actual eye exams seem thorough and the optomertrists are pleasant.
