My husband died unexpectedly in May of this year. I just received the death certificates Friday after considerate emotional stress. \r
\r
The Coroner's office incorrectly filled out the death certificates. It was so bad they could not be filed. I had stayed in California an extra week to pick up the certificates and now had to leave for Ohio as my 90 mother needed help also. Every thing now had to be done long distance. \r
\r
I let the people at Pierce Brother's know my predicament and gave them my new address in Phoenix. I explained to them that I would not be there for a month and that someone was picking up my mail. \r
\r
Martha from records at Pierce brothers constantly assured me she would call me and give me updates. Guess what? I had to call and at one point I contacted the coroner's office myself. I finally got instructions and called Martha back and told her who to contact. I finally thought that it was over/ Nope.\r
\r
Martha did not call me when the records came in but gave them to Robert Jimenez to send to me in Phoenix. He did not put the correct postage on it. I owed .73. I spent 2 days trying to get someone to pick up my husband's death certificates at an unknown post office while I finished up in Ohio. \r
\r
In the mean time Martha faxed an unreadable copy to me at a copy shop in Ohio. Since I could not read it, she assured me that she had sent copies by DHL. That was Thursday. When they did not come by Friday I called and found out Martha was out and put through to Robert Jimenez. He did not return my calls. Always too busy. \r

This place is outrageous\r
Pros: they were very nice when they wanted to sell me something
