I needed an attorney that was licensed in NY and California. I needed a QUADRO filled for my part of a marital . pension. This attorney filled the first Quadro with the wrong date of marriage.He corrected it and refiled. The head of the Union where Quadro was sent contacted me and said it is still wrong. I contacted attorney and he told me if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay an additional $400.00. I had already paid $700.00 for a paper that was worthless... I have a call in to him and am waiting for a reply. I will be reporting him to the NY and CA bar Assoc.
