The women who run this business are terribly rude and often very difficult to communicate with. The work they do is mediocre and hardly worth the way they treat you. No matter how nice and agreeable you are, they will talk badly about you in Vietnamese right in front of your face. My boyfriend, who speaks Vietnamese, told me that they even referred to me using a derogatory Vietnamese term for my race. The last time I used them my pants were still way too long and and the lining was hanging out of the bottom of a skirt. When I very politely brought them back because I was understandably unhappy with way they came out , she quickly became irate and started screaming at me telling me that she didn't have time to do the pants right now (which I never asked her to do) and that I would have to pay for her to fix the skirt again (even though their policy is that you have a week to bring something back). I've never been yelled at in any business situation, not to mention one in which I've just given them a sizable amount of money. I don't think I should have to pay for someone else's mistakes, and I have generally found their behavior to be unacceptable. With so many other good tailors in town, I would recommend supporting a business with a better sense of ethics and customer appreciation.
