I have lived in the Cary area for almost nine years and Weston Lakeside is by far the best community I have lived in. The leasing and maintenance staff are EXCEPTIONAL. The grounds, views and amenities are top notch. I have read many different reviews of apartments on this site and often wondered if the staff was writing the good ones---please know I am a current resident and highly recommend this property. \r

Rates are typical for Cary--about $100 per square foot. But you get a pool, grills, parties on a regular basis (free catered food and boozer included--once they even gave out breakfast as we exited the community on my way to work!), a large billiard room, movie theatre (a REAL one), business center, excellent workout room (never crowded either), and a beautiful walking trail (Black Swift Creek/Lake Crabtree with a dock and water fountain for you and your dog). \r

The neighbors are quiet, but if you want a party, head to the pool on any weekend. The volleyball looks fun! Many residents are dog owners and it's kinda fun first thing in the morning and last thing at night when we are all out there (with our required pooper-scooper bags---provided in many locations throughout the grounds) letting our dogs visit...which reminds me : there is also an enclosed doggie park and car wash center!\r
