The homeowner's association told them to trim trees. They began noisily sawing branches off before 8:00 AM, waking me up. When I got up and looked out to see what they were doing, it was too late. They had already cut several large healthy branches off a tree which didn't need any trimming, permanently ruining the shape and appearance of the tree. I didn't want any of those branches cut off. Another tree had several obviously dead branches, and they never even touched that tree. They left all of those dead branches intact. When I complained to one of the employees, he just laughed at me, and said the trees belonged to the association. I am the legal owner of the property, but that made no difference to him. It was just a joke to him. I left a message on the company's answering machine complaining about the bad service. So far, it has been ignored. When I complained to the association, they acknowledged that other people had also complained about this company.
Cons: No discretion, no common sense, no respect for the homeowner
