I smoked at least a pack a day for over a decade and tried to quit with the patch and cold turkey many times with no success at all. i was pretty skeptical but went anyway. I smoked right before i went into the session over a year ago and have not smoked since. my friends still can't believe i even quit let alone how i was able to do it. if you want to quit this is the way to do it.
Pros: Completely quit smoking
Cons: the first week after was a little difficult but totally worth itt.
