Our termite contractor' business collapsed when he tragically died in a car accident. He, and his father before him had the contract on the house for well over a decade. HouseCall contacted us (and presumably his other customers) indicating they would honor the contract. They did one annual treatment, accepting our money for that work, but 11 months later denied we ever had a contract after termites were discovered. Instead, they demanded we pay them to put the property under contract.
