The paella was delicious and worth the wait. The tapas were very small, I did not think the one with watermelon was ""outstanding"" as the owner/waiter raved. It was 4 small pieces of watermelon in vinegar or something for $7.00, big ripoff. The other tapas we had was ceviche & it was delicious. The wafer like dessert was good but also nothing exceptional. I would not return as we paid $90 and this was not a $90 dining experience. I think the owner/waiter needs to work on his people skills & I wish I had listened to other reviews prior to going. They are right on target.
