We start by enjoying a cocktail and enjoying the always lively bar scene - - then move to the bistro environs for dinner. The menu is always full of new choices and ""standard"" favorites; the presentation spectacular; and the taste and value on-the-mark. And the crowd is usually just eclectic enough to be highly entertaining. Zebra's may not be flawless, as sometimees the wait is a bit long, and once in a great while a food item may not meet your high standards.
