I used this tow company to take my SUV to the dealership at the automall last week and a dirty driver showed up wearing cut up shorts and an old t-shirt that had holes in it. When I got in the truck to go with the driver the inside of the truck was also dirty and smelled bad of cigarettes. This is not the type of company I want towing my truck in the future.
Pros: didn't have to pay for tow, was through my insurance company
Cons: dirty driver, dirty and smelly truck
