Their prices are reasonable but their customer service was lousy. They were unprofessional and failed to show up for an appointment and failed to notify us even when we attempted to contact them. They then tried to blame us the following day for not understanding their busy schedule and claimed they missed our call because they went out of town, despite the fact we left a voicemail on their cell phone. The owner had the nerve to claim he fixed our problem after he failed to test the sprinklers after he ""repaired"" the lead which would have revealed that his work did not adequately fix the problem. He just seemed like he was too busy for us and didn't want to spend the time to make certain the work was completed properly. We hired Exterior Elements, (480)-495-7617 who finished the job, tested to see if his work held up, and even stayed to make sure our entire sprinkler system functioned. I'm not suggesting you call Exterior Elements but we are glad we fired Elite and hired someone else.
