I rented an apt with primo management and they are the worst landlord you can ever have. I would never recommend renting any property from them. The office never answers the calls and it takes ages to get any maintainence done. Its been 2 months since i vacated my apt and they haven't yet returned my security deposit. They have changed their name to Wockhart management or something...they rent a lot of apartments on Murray hill, cleveland. Dont ever rent an apartment from them and if you decide to then be ready to bear a lot of money loss!
