At a salon, people need to be happy with the ""experience"" just as much as the haircut. I saw Emilio, and as an Owner, he should know that clients are there, not only to have their hair done, but also to feel attended to, and feel like they're the center of attention. I was definitely made to feel like I was ""crashing Emilio's party"" when I was there, and no matter how casual the look and attitude of the customer, they should always be treated politely and with respect - Emilio definitely doesn't know this or had forgotten when I had my appointment with him. Needless to say, if an Owner is behaving this way, he's not setting the best example for the other stylists...
Pros: NOTHING
