I am so pleased with the customer service I recieve every time I have taken my vacuums for repair. I have 3 vacuum cleaners, 2 for home and one for the office. I bought all 3 of them from Modesto Vacuum & Sewing. Their prices are excellent and their service is even better! On occassion my vacuums need cleaning and or servicing. The turn around time is always quick just as promised and always with a smile! The professional courtesy extended to me in any business is what keeps me as a repeat customer. Both Mr. and Mrs Edwards have great work ethics and make me feel like a special customer on every visit and that is one of the key ingredients to customer satisfaction. Mr Edwards is knowledgeable about his products and his repairs. I would highly recommend Modesto Vacuum and Sewing, in fact I always do every opportunity that comes my way!
