After a power surge that damaged my home theater system, I was directed by Sony to have my equipment repaired here. It appears, after taking a week to "repair" it, they didn't do a thing. I had to insist they tell me what they did to fix it and they couldn't. After everything, they had no idea what the original problem was. I asked them to hook up a vcr and dvd player to WALK THEM THROUGH THE PROBLEM that I had explained a week prior and repeat over and over again that I had already tried all their ideas on fixing it through the unit's settings (IT WAS A POWER SURGE/SHORT!) more
