The customer service lacked all the way around for both sides in our adoption. Phone calls weren't returned in a timely manner. The social workers did not follow through with their job duties creating some less than desired moments and surprises. We were very disappointed with the lack of support for both birthmothers and adoptive parents. I am thankful that we disregarded some advice and kept working on our relationship with our birthmother and her family. We now have a wonderful, beautiful, open relationship. I would have to say that I think they were only concerned about getting their money. We will not be using them for our second adoption.
Pros: Birthmom gets to see every single profile of waiting families in a book.
