A terrible shame but this is not the spa experience it once was. I have given it 2 tries hoping that the experience would improve but it never did. My 50 minute facial was actually 30 minutes. I waited on very uncomfortable seating while I waited for my technician who was very late arriving. No offer to get me water or any of the normal amenities you expect from an average spa much less one with the hype this one has received. Ownership needs to wake up or give up. There's too much competition out there to tolerate this.
