Dr. Newton took care of my pup who became critically ill after spending a few days in their boarding facility. When it came time to transport her to another facility that could care for her 24 hours a day, she called and spoke with a vet tech stating that the vet was with a patient. She did not bother to leave a number where she could be reached. The vet at the other facility needed to speak with her and tried to call but she had gone for the weekend. When my pet did not return after the weekend - she died - she did not call to find out what had happened or to express any compassion about our loss.
