I will not go back to Vetselect. The technician gave me an 'estimate' that included shots that were administered just three weeks prior because she misread the last report. When I questioned that and corrected her she said 'oh, good thing I found that'. What would have happened if my cat got the wrong shot? We were also charged for two procedures that we were not quoted for and did not request, but then were told that the procedures were performed so we had to pay. The 'FREE' follow-up visit turned into $100.
