Good Work, but Not Spectacular 6/14/2007

Top Finish was recommended to me by my insurance agent after some research on-line indicating their competitor Sterling Collision Center having horrible delays.\r \r Got in a minor Fender Bender requiring about $4,000 of work replacing a bumper and a hood plus miscellaneous attachment parts . Figuring that I didn't want to deal with the hassle of a long delay for such a minor repair, I decided against Sterling due to their horrible wait time.\r \r Well..... the work is good (I wasn't terribly impressed probably b/c I expected perfection from such a minor repair only involving replacement parts), but I didn't get the speedy turn around that was promised me during the estimate (4 days). \r \r When they called me to pick up my car after 10 days of repair, I showed up to find the car missing a fog light cover. (Why would you call me to tell me my car was done when it's still missing a part?). The dealership was once again blamed for not being able to deliver the part on time. Needing the car for the weekend, I decided to take the car w/o the fog light cover and was promised that the requisite part will arrive the next day. Needless to say, that 1 day turned into 1 week, and I am still driving around in a car without a fog light cover.\r \r Admittingly, my delay was partially due to inability of the dealer to deliver some parts on time, but I felt like I was never given an honest estimate on time. I had to call them daily to confirm completion of my car, and each time they tried to shift the blame to the dealership for not being able to get the requisite parts.\r \r Pros: Nice People, Nice Repair, Nice Facility Cons: Constant Delay more
