We ordered pasta, a couple salads and a dessert this evening. While it only took 40 minutes to arrive, the order we received was sub par to say the least. We ordered no onions and were missing one of our salads. \r

Normally, this would not be a big deal however, when I called to let them know (very politely) our order was incorrect and need to be repaired I was told that they could not fix it as they were too busy and our home is too far away.\r

We are one exit away (about a 7 minute drive). This was infuriating as I had paid for something I did not receive. I could look past the onions, however not receiving the salad and having paid cash for it...I feel pretty cheated.\r

I asked to speak with the manager after the woman I was speaking to gave me these excuses in a none too friendly manner, and was informed that this very rude and brash individual was in fact the owner. She told me the best she could do was offer me a credit for my next order and was in an obvious rush to get me off the phone. \r

Had she been slightly apologetic and explained that she could either send the repair but it may take a while or offer me a credit to my next order, I might still be a customer of this establishement. After the service I experienced today...Romeos will forever be my Italian delivery choice. I have never been treated so rudely, especially when the company i patronized was in the wrong.

Cons: Completely Lacking in Customer service and failing to fill and oreder that had been pre-paid
