Proper Form is the cleanest gym in town. The Equipment and mats get cleaned all day long . The bathrooms are spotless. The trainers are very proffesional and very knowledgable. They are very up to date with all the new methodes of training. Parking is available right outside. The clients are all very friendly and it is a light atmosphere . it is great working out here\r
