This is a top notch upscale Italian restaurant. The Staff is impeccable. The restaurant is glamorous. The mangement are on top of each detail. I observe the suits on the floor, meeting, greeting and seating. One of the nicest things about the setting you feel comfortable and are treated like royalty wether you are dressed for the theater, a game or concert. \r

If you think you have done it all, tasted it all, or it's just another piece of pasta, then you haven't dined at Pazzaluna in St. Paul. The Chef they have is not only highly skilled, he is just plain gifted. We observe him in front of the line inspecting each plate before it goes out to the dining room (Chef Ramsey style, without the rude comments of course) well, we know this guy really cares. I have never been dissappointed, never. I have tried a different menu item each time I visit and each time I have been amazed. The menu is diverse, traditional to trendy, but the flavors will tantalize your palate and always leave you wanting more.\r

Cons: no room for dessert, does anyone want to split a pasta and an entree'?
