Rosie's our favorite seafood restaurant. Why would anyone pay a fortune to get great seafood? Rosie's is not the average, overpriced, pompous restaurant you can find on the beach. It's a neighborhood ""whole in the wall"" restaurant locals go to. Prices are very reasonable, the wait staff a hoot as is Rosie. We always have a great time eating there ""smoozing"" with everyone including Rosie. You can tell when you go in that you are going to be ""taken care of!"" You can keep the small plated, foo-foo food. I love the coconut shrimp w/ the Pina Colada dipping sauce. Their clam chowder is also great. The telling of a great place is when you see someone getting a dish you didn't order, you feel you've missed something. Make sure you say hi to Rosie (I'm sure she'll come to your table).
Pros: Great food; great prices; very homey
Cons: Closed on Sundays; not close to my home.
