I had South Bay Appliance out at my home, I just wanted to give my thanks, and share my great experience I had with this company. I am a figure in the San Jose community, and I have had allot of different service in my time, I find allot of resident's find the time to complain about a company, but not often give a review of how well a company does, so I wanted to tell somebody the great experience I had. I called South Bay Appliance through First American, my home owners insurance, yes I stayed on hold a few minutes, but most companies that are busy usually will put you on hold, so I find this pretty common. After the hold, the office was very professional, scheduled my appointment and the technician was on time. My technician explained to me what was going on, being it was in the evening he said he had to order the part the next day, the part was a back order, they called me in about 5 day's to tell me it was in. The office followed up with me, called me to put me on the schedule again, Marco the technician came back out and finished the job. I am very satisfied with this company as I have used others which were not so helpful. My thanks to South Bay Appliance.\r
