I have never felt less like a person than when I was at this establishment. The first time I went in, they treated me like I was a criminal and that feeling never really went away. One employee even made my wife cry because of the rude manner in which he dealt with her. If you can wait around long enough for them to get to you, their customer service is non-existent. They do give you a coupon for a free hour of range time, but it's basically worthless unless you go by yourself for exactly the time it says. I went today with a friend-we were each there for 1/2 hour (total 1 hour of time), sharing a lane. The cost is $8.00 per half hour for the first person and then $5.00 for the second person. I figured that 1 hour of free range time would equal the 1 hour of time we spent (1/2 hour each)--there is nothing that says that it has to be one person for the coupon--but the man behind the counter only took off the $5.00 for the second person! When I asked him about it he said that I was a guest of the range-he wasn't my guest. He was very condescending and treated me like I was stupid. I'm sure that his explanation made sense to him, but it made no sense to me. It was the straw that broke the camel's back for me, as this is an example of the ""service"" that I have always experienced from this establishment. I can honestly say that I will never go back and urge others to shun them, as well.
Cons: Expensive. No Customer Service. Rude Staff. Fake Bonuses
