Courtney is the best trainer that I have ever worked with!!! She adapted to my schedule whether it be at 6am or 7pm depending on my hectic schedule. She was able to help me develop a training regimine that I can use on the road when I travel. Her program is great and she personalized a workout program that is tailored to my strengths and weaknesses. Courtney also helped me to develop a nutrition plan which compliments my workout program and is helping me to achieve my overall fitness goals. My body feels better and find that I have more energy throughout the day. I highly recommend Courtney to anyone that is looking for a great trainer and the best part is she comes to you!!! No more driving to the gym!!!
