We Clean America is reason enough to create - star ratings because one star is too good for them. I have been a customer for many years, overlooked MANY MANY mistakes and poor customer service, but then I had the displeasure of speaking with the so called owner Michael who makes his rude and incompetent employees look like Albert Einstein and Mother Theresa. They raised their prices and NEVER told me so then when they called to tell me I owed them money and I tried to tell him I didn't know about the rate increase, he told me that was just confusion on my part. When I asked for something in writing about the rate increase, when it went into effect, how much I had paid, where my tip I THOUGHT was going to the crew had gone, etc., he told me that he could not get me anything in writing. He then told me all I had to do was pay what I owed the next time because he was sure after I calmed down I would still want to do business with him. When I pressed him for a detailed explanation or paperwork of exactly what I owed, when the increase went into effect and why wasn't I told, after interrupting me and not listening to me and telling me he was irritated with me for wasting 15 minutes of his time and he was not going to beg me to be his customer, he hung up on me.
Pros: I finally had a decent crew so I don't blame them but their boss cost them my business
Cons: the crews don't always show and they don't care, HORRIBLE customer service and owner
