My hard drive crashed without warning and Oz did what he could to try and salvage anything. Although he couldn't successfully retrieve any of my information, he did spend six hours trying to get my computer up and running and made me a happier person that day. He is very thorough in his work and more than fair with the price. I will definitely use him again for any computer related issues
