DO NOT CALL CHIPMAN or UNITED VAN LINES!!! I recently hired them to move my family in Berkeley. It all started out ok. A sales consultant named Norm came by the house 2 weeks before to inspect our old house to estimate the size of truck needed and number of movers needed. The last thing Norm said to us as he left was ""Don't worry. We'll take care of everything."" Famous last words...
