the service is awful. They had only two people working in the dining area on a pretty busy night, where they should've had easily twice as many servers. It took them over 40 minutes to make our pizza, then they ended up giving it to a different table so we had to wait for them to remake it. Hippie/stoner working at the cash register also messed up our drinks. Total dining time? Over two hours. The pizza is decent, but definately not worth that kind of wait. Hopefully this place turns around when they merge it with the Up&up, until then there's a ton of other options with better service and prices.
Pros: Lots of ingredients to choose from, really feel like you can make your own custimized pizza
Cons: horrible service, crust is really plain, overall bland taste for a pretty premium price
