If you want clean cooked food and an apologetic manager, then DO NOT COME HERE! My family and I decided to celebrate a birthday at Butterfly. The food and service was adequate at the start of the meal, but it quickly went downhill after the appetizers. My brother found a live insect in his entree! This insect was not a little ant. It was a little smaller than the size of a dime. The insect was still crawling around in his uncooked watercress. We all immediately lost our appetite. As a result, we called one of the waiters over to inform her of what we had found. To our astonishment, she didnt apologize at all. The waiter who turns out to be the manager told us that the greens were organic. She also replied, ""organic vegetables attract more insect."" I do not think that it is a liable excuse for dirty food. To top it off, the manager still charge us for my brother's meal. I REPEAT, DO NOT COME TO BUTTERFLY!!!! I wouldn't even give this place a star, but I have to rate it.
